Notice Minnesota (prototype) · Effective August 5, 2026 · Operated by CW Strategies LLC, Woodbury, Minnesota
Notice Minnesota sends plain-language text alerts about what Minnesota local governments — city councils, school boards, county boards — are about to decide, built from official public records (posted agendas, minutes, and notes from trained observers). You can reply with questions; answers come from the record, with AI assistance clearly labeled, and a journalist reviews what the machine can't answer.
You receive messages only if you ask to: by texting a join keyword to our number, or by submitting your number on our signup page. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service, and is never sold, shared, or transferred.
Message frequency varies with government activity — typically a few messages per month per place you follow. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
See the Privacy Policy. Summary: we store your number and your chosen place(s), nothing more; questions are stored anonymously; conversation context is kept 30 minutes under an anonymous code, then erased (text FORGET to erase it now); nothing is ever sold or shared; deletion on request, same day.
This is a prototype service provided as-is. Content summarizes public records for convenience — it is not legal advice, and official records control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
