What you'll get: plain-language alerts built only from official records — posted agendas, minutes, and trained observers' notes — about the city council, school board, and county decisions that touch your taxes, your streets, and your kids' schools. Reply with questions; a clearly labeled AI assistant answers from the record, and a journalist sees what it can't answer. If we don't know, we say so. We never guess.
